I have a problem. I have a document that is supposed to get data from a database. It used to work fine. Every time I tried to print, it asked, "Do you want to print a form letter?" And, of course, I said yes, and lo and behold, my fields were filled with data from my database.
The problem is that there was a little checkbox that said something along the lines of "Always ask this" or "never ask this." I can't remember which it said, but I figured, hey, I'm going to want to print a form letter every time, so why not expedite the process? So now it doesn't ask me. It just prints whatever's on the page, and does not fill it with the appropriate data. In the first case, it was whatever I printed last time. I've tried the alleviate the problem by creating a new labels document, and now it just prints the field NAME, rather than the data. How do I fix this?
