Then I can pick Retry or Cancel Retry brings up same message. Any idea how

This may be due to a corrupt download. Please follow the instructions
here to check the Md5sum.

If it doesn't match, you will have to download again. I suggest you use
a download manager as listed here near the bottom of the page:
