I believe that the L7563 is identical to the J8163, but the paper stock
is aimed at laser printing, rather than ink jet. You will find a
suitable template in my Label Creation Tutorial at:

I use J8163 all the time, so I'm confident that it will meet your needs.
If half a meg is too much to download please let me know and I will make
the templates available separately.
