I use TB to send my mail. When I see my reply in the list, it has the
reply to: [email protected] properly.
The one thing I can think of is that sometimes I have their cc. as the
first line in my email message, and the to: to the list is the second
one. In TB, you can set each header (To, CC, Bcc) independently on
each line of email address.
I discovered the same. I changed my habits, that I set the "reply to"
email address again to "[email protected]". When I forgot to change
it, the replies go to me directly.
I don't know, how you can set the reply-to field with TB, because I use
sylpheed-claws. I can add the email-address and change the field "to" to
"reply-to".

But if I look at the emails once they come through the list, they have
the reply-to since the list manager does that. So, it should work, but
for some reason it doesn't always.
