The OP doesn't say what operating system he is using, or what he is
actually trying to accomplish. If the intention is to convert multiple
odt files to PDF, then why wouldn't the macro links that I provided do
the job? Yes, you'd need to bring up OOo to use the GUI, but the macro
allows you to select multiple files from multiple directories/locations
and then do the conversion.

I've tested the first link
(http://oooconv.free.fr/batchconv/batchconv_en.html) on OOo 2.02 and it
worked just fine for me.
I've not tried the second link
(http://blog.vojta.name/archives/2005/04/03/T23_43_03/) solution, so it
may or may not work.

As an alternative I suppose that the OP could
http://www.google.com/search?q=odt%20to%20pdf&hl=en&lr=&sa=N&tab=gw or
http://www.google.com/search?hl=en&lr=&q=OpenOffice+to+pdf&btnG=Search
and perhaps experiment with the PyUNO bridge?
