Hi, We have been using a previous java program that connects to ooffice in order to convert a powerpoint (.ppt) to a pdf.) "DocumentConverter.java". Later we convert the .pdf into a .pnm image file with ghostscript. For a specific slide only, in a specific ppt, after the conversion , ghostscript is giving the error: **** Unknown operator: '158.6m' AFPL Ghostscript 8.54: Unrecoverable error, exit code 1 When I try to open the same .pdf is Acrobat on Windows xp, I see the error: "An unrecognized token '158.6m' was found., "several other parsing errors" although it still allow me to view the pdf document after I click ok. We are using openoffice.org-1.1.2-31.6., and this program ran fine on an older linux box with older ooffice and postscript. Can you provide any suggestions? Perhaps on debugging and making openoffice convert cleanly to pdf? are there any "macros" or howtos on going from ppt -> ps conversion instead? Cheers, -P
