I don't know how the file got through, it should have been stripped off
the
mailing list.
I've patched it up, and attached it here. See my post on the mailing list
for
what was wrong.
I think I've retained most of the formatting and data, but it's the best I
can
do without a lot of effort.
If you can remember what it was that you did to cause this, it would be
worth
reporting a bug about it.
