Sorry to hear that. It's the first I've heard. Did your employer seek assistance in mailing lists / forums?

records that she can no longer open or use because
of your .sxc file format ( i guess thats appropriate (sucks))

That's news to me to. I've never lost anything due to the .sxc format. Perhaps there is user error involved? *That* sucks.
