My company is using third party accounting software, the software has a function to generate reports in MS excel format and automatically activate MS excel to display the report.
Is the only problem the inability to display the report? I.e. is it still correctly generated? Can you open the report manually? It might be possible to make a wrapper with the name of the missing excel exe. Perhaps it is even possible to copy soffice.exe to the correct place and name. And if you're really lucky, you only need to set the correct file associations. I.e. If you get the same error when double clicking an .xls file, changing xls-files to be opened with OOo might solve your problem. /$ --------------------------------------------------------------------- To unsubscribe, e-mail: [EMAIL PROTECTED] For additional commands, e-mail: [EMAIL PROTECTED]
