Could you give a concrete example of what you want to do? I,
personally have no idea what you are trying to do. In your example please
refer to fields and tables and perhaps even give them names.

If I understand the OP correctly, I think he has a data source that he
has registered, but he doesn't need it anymore and has deleted the
source file, but it still shows up on his list of data sources.
If this is the case, then do the following:
1. Select Tools > Options
2. Expland OpenOffice.org Base
3. Select Databases
4. Select the name of the data source you want to delete.
5. Click Delete
