I would recommend setting up just one database file for all of your
addresses. Create a table for your first set of addresses and give it a
meaningful name. You can then create an additional table in this database
for each of your other set of addresses. You can copy your original table
and then paste it. At this point, you will be asked for a name for your
new table. Give it a meaningful name and click OK. You will then have two
tables with identical fields names and characteristics.
I personally have 9 tables in my address database. Each table contains
the addresses for a specific group of people.
