using OpenOffice 1.1.3 on FreeBSD.
Hi Daryl,
There is a "Form mode" in OpenOffice.org as well. You can do this
through Form control tools in 1.1.3 or in the Base Form Wizards in
2.0. Do a search in the Help in OpenOffice.org and I am sure you will
find all the information you need.
