I think this is probably a stupid Windows question more than it really has anything to do with OOo, but...

I have a spreadsheet, I made a copy of it with the Windows "Explorer" (the file manager/browser thing), which automatically names the copy "Copy of <file>". I tried to rename the copy, and I get this annoying pop-up that says the file can't be renamed because it's in use. Well, it's not in use, it's a brand new file that never even existed until just this moment, but I can't convince Windows.

What's the magic spell to make Windows just do what I tell it? Reboot?
