     The solution is to start the install program. During the early part of 
the install, you will be given a choice of how to install the OOo. Choose 
custom install. This is the only way to install the program to F:\Program 
Files\OOo.
     Also read the setup Guide as it will give you additional instructions 
on doing this. The setup guide is available at 
http://documentation.openoffice.org.
