I've set up an address database and am trying to use it to print envelopes.
All is well, except that the first line of database fields are interpreted as plain text. Thus I get <Title> <FirstName> <LastName> but the rest of the address is parsed correctly. In setting up the address book database, I correctly associated the fields in question to speadsheet column headers. If I place these three fields on the second line of the addressee space, they continue to be misprocessed, while the first line now processes correctly. If I break up the three malfunctioning fields each to its own line, these three continue to malfunction. For some reason these three fields are not being parsed by the merge engine. p. -- Using OOo 2.0 on Win XP sp2. --------------------------------------------------------------------- To unsubscribe, e-mail: [EMAIL PROTECTED] For additional commands, e-mail: [EMAIL PROTECTED]
