[users] Re-Arranging File Details Order

Hi,
I want to open files automatically as a Detailed List, instead of 
having to click on the menu and then the Detail button each time.

Also, how do I re-arrange the components of the Open File window so 
that the DATE comes right after the name of the file, instead of 
moving the row manually every time?
