Related... I just learned that word perfect used a watermark image for
getting the correct format (they had another technique using footers).
Apparently the user would run a macro that generated the image on the
fly. The user would specify font size, face and what borders to add to
the watermark image. Anyway, just thought I would mention this to enrich
the conversation :)
