Not sure off the top of my head. I would check to make sure you don't
have print selection checked and make sure you don't have any weird
print ranges checked. If you are still having trouble you should file
and issue and attach the document.
The best way to have problems such as this evaluated is to file an
issue. Issued are used to both report defects in the software and to
propose that new features be added. For instructions on how to file an
