Were this any release except for the Mac I would suggest downloading the language pack. BUT, these do not seem to be available. So I suggest that the best method both of you could use to correct things is to remove what you have now and download again. I am not a Mac user, but I believe the way to remove software is to drag and drop it to trash or to use the package manager on the commandline in a terminal window. Sorry to be vague but ... Now downloading an English version. Since one of you is using MacTel and teh other didn't say which architecture, I will offer two choices for the latest available: Mactel: ftp://ooopackages.good-day.net/pub/OpenOffice.org/MacOSX/2.0.3rc5/OOo_2.0.3rc5_MacOSXIntel_en-US.dmg PPC: ftp://ooopackages.good-day.net/pub/OpenOffice.org/MacOSX/2.0.3rc5/OOo_2.0.3rc5_MacOSXPPC_en-US.dmg Watch for folding of these links. I am not aware of any problems with either of these RC releases but there may be one or two. Check http://porting.openoffice.org/mac/ for information. -- PLEASE KEEP MESSAGES ON THE LIST.
