I'm using Ubuntu 6.0.6 and Open Office 2.0.2., printer is HP Deskjet 3920. I've a special form to print my prescriptions, it uses a regular header and footer. The printer is included as standard in the distribution, so no special drivers are required. If I print a page without the header and footer, the page prints normal. If I include the header which is standard, and the footer is a 3 column, select the printer properties under paper select US letter. Send to print. The print comes truncated and the properties change to Envelope C5. No matter what I do, the result is the same.
