OpenOffice.org itself does not ship a CD. Whoever sold that CD on eBay most 
likely compiled it themselves. Thus probably no-one on this list knows the 
actual content of the CD. Tell us what actual files names (including the 
file extensions) are in that "OpenOfficeClipart" directory.

Generally, to insert an image (which is all clipart really is), you can do 
Insert|Picture|From file...

Also, have a look at Tools|Gallery. Look at the Help about gallery; it will 
tell you how to add images to it.

By worksheets do you meant spreadsheets? You can pur borders around cells, 
or the page, but such borders are not particularly fancy.
