[users] GREPEATED DIFFICULTY ESTABLISHING USER NAME AND PASSWORD. PLEASE HELP

Dear Sirs,
    I  must be doing it all wrong.   Repeatedly I have been trying to 
register. I  have already sent in order  for CD-ROM of your program Open Office 
2.  
It has not yet arrived but  I expect it in a day or so.  Please tell me clearly
