The support section of the website contains documentation. But as you are a begginner i would suggest you buy a book or two as well, or even attend a begginners course at a local educational institute. Couple of hints. Writing in ALL CAPITALS is considered by many as shouting. Most won't bother answering if they are being shouted at. Also an email is not a telegram, or a cell phone txt.
