Some time ago I downloaded Open Office +PDF + antivirus. I now wish to uninstall the programs and when trying to do so via Add/Remove in Control Panel, I get an error message "0x80041f42 while running setup".
Can somebody tell me how to remove these programs completely from my machine/ Thank you. Ray Collins
