Hi Martha, Do you mean version 2.0.2 of OpenOffice.org ? It may be possible that the version of 2.0.2 that you have downloaded may have been slightly corrupted. 2.0.3 will be available in the next few weeks, it may be worth trying that to see if your problems persist.
