You can't do a right click within your browser and select "Save File as..."? But what has this to do with OpenOffice.org? Or do you want to download the equivalent of MS Excel? If this is the case, go to www.openoffice.org and click in the middle of the page in the green area on the download link. On the next page, choose the operating system you use, if you're unsure, choose the version with the JRE (= Java Runtime Environment) and select any of the offered mirrors.
