[users] OOo keyboard shortcut

Hi all
 
I'm struggeling with OOo Calc, in Excel spreadsheet you can copy the
above cell into the current cell by only pressing Ctrl+'
This works like Dito. I tried to recreate this in OOo, but with no luck.
 
Can anyone please help me?
