You are not very clear in what you want nor what you want to do with
it. Do you mean you want to be able to see all of the headings contained
in the document? If so, you can use the Navigator (F5) to do this. When
you open the Navigator, the first item of the list is Headings. It
contains a sublist of all of the places using one of the heading styles.
Clicking on a given heading will take you directly to that line in the
document.
If this is not what you mean, what do you mean by "Entries"?
