Okay...........I just installed parallel to 2.0 with
2.0.2

I'm getting a headache. Where is 2.0.2 and what command
opens it or do I have to uninstall 2.0?

What fun.

Seems to me a simple way to do it would be to get on the terminal and type 'which OpenOffice', then take the appropriate one. I'm not 'the Linux expert' by any means, but it used to work for me. when I did Mandrake. Ubuntu, even if one uses the "official" OpenOffice, things are a bit different. If you install the official OpenOffice version, using alien (for Ubuntu and Debian) you get some fancy coloured icons in your Applications > Office menu, as opposed to the more generic versions for the Ubuntu build. The also have the exact version numbers right with them, so there's no mistaking them.

I'm sure someone who knows the system better can give even better advice than I could, but for want of anything else, you might try my suggestions.
