Maybe I missed the replies, but you have not really mention any criteria which
would influence the decision (or to prompt other options).
Is the raw data easily importable ?
Are you the only one dealing with this data ?
How long will you be the only one dealing with it ?
What other data analysis is relevant ?
What is necessary in terms of backup ?
etc.
