I feel completely stupid. Downloaded the file to Windows 98 PC with
Acrobat reader 6. Page 7, Contents; blue, underlined links (not
bookmarks) don't get me nowhere. Made the test files (53-75 kB), checked
them on both PCs: different pdf methods - different results, each of
them bad - one loads line by line, another doesn't display any links.
File an issue tomorrow, now go to sleep.
