OpenOffice.org is able to open RTF files. Once loaded, you may use the
command 'file / export as PDF' to create a PDF file that should be
printable by any method that accepts Adobe PDF.

files compatible with the printers of Lightning Source, the POD
printing company? Lightning Source says they accept Adobe PDF files.
