Pardon me, but I do not understand what you want to happen. What do
you mean by a "clean page"? For that matter, how can reopening the last
open document create a "new" file? Or, how can opening an already opened
and saved document produce a "clean page"?
As the other poster mentioned, you may be talking about templates. If
so, you can create templates that contain the styles you want and save
them. You can have a number of templates with a different set of styles in
it. The best way to save these templates is to use this path: Files >
Templates > Save. Make sure to give each template a meaningful name when
you save it.
When you want a new file with a specific set of styles, use this path:
Files > New > Templates and Documents, or use the arrow on the right side
of the New icon to open a dropdown menu. Select Templates and Documents at
the bottom of this menu. In either case, a new file opens containing all
the styles you have set in the template. It will however be an unnamed
file. Add whatever you want to the file, and save it.
At the right end of the Standard toolbar, is a down arrow. Click it to
open a dropdown menu which contains the choice, Visible Buttons. This
opens a context menu of the icons visible in this toolbar. Those checked
are visible. One of the unchecked icons near the top of this menu is New
Document from Template. Click it to check it. It will then become visible
on the Standard toolbar. Once it is visible on the toolbar, you can click
it to gain access to a list of the templates you have made. After
clicking, you may see My Templates listed in the Title window. Double
click it to see your template list.
