The keyboard usage is okay for advanced users, but normal users will seldom use a keyboard. Barrie, the Weblayout is an option. I will try it with my users. Under Word is an Flowlayout, or something similar available, there you can see everything of the page in printlayout, except the headers and footers. Is in OO such thing available? The second option, ist too complicated... Roderick, I am using X, Win. Therefore it is not an platform Problem. It is an OO problem/issue.
