I don't think, technically speaking, there is anything wrong with what he has 
written.  Something is "for free" if it costs nothing, and that's an 
acceptable way to say it.  However, Grammar aside, I think its better to just 
say "An All-in-One Office Suite that is Free" because that covers both, cost 
and freedom.
