In terms of using mail merge there is a document that was created all
about OOo Mail merge. It is Chapter 11 of the Writer guide and it can be
downloaded at
<http://documentation.openoffice.org/manuals/oooauthors2/index.html>.
If you do want a "professional" to help you there is a list at
<http://bizdev.openoffice.org/consultants.html> and at least one is
listed as being from India.

it. after mail merged if you are adding any address or data on data source file
the merged file is not getting updated (the new entered data is not updated)
