If you did work with styles as is intended, just changing the default
style, should change the font size for all paragraphs with that style.
Only parts of you text with direct formatting or character styles
applied, will not take the new size.
Changing a style, either:
- right-click on a paragraph with that style (or type Shft-F10) and
choose 'Change paragraph style'; or
- open Stylist (F11) select the style, and also right-click or Shft-F10
etc. etc.
