On the upgrade installation where I had with this issue, I closed OOo including quickstarter, renamed both sub-directories. When I restarted OOo everything was set to normal and I copied any configuration files (user templates, dictionaries, etc) from the renamed user directories. > 2) Can you track the download mirror? As I said in another post on this subject, I suspect that there are 2 or more variants of 680m7 Build 9044 out on the mirrors and one of these variants creates this issue during an upgrade install.
