I'm having problem on export to PDF with OOo 2.0.3. (I will test with
2.0.1 and 2.0.2 to see if the problem was before).
But I tried this:

Export to PDF by OOo -> 26684 Bytes
Print to PS files -> 8838 Bytes
convert PS to PDF -> 1716 Bytes

And the result is that the last PDF is better than the first one.

Also question about PDF dimension was discussed after the OOo 2 release,
because with 1.x PDFs was smaller.

Bye
