Have you checked that your downloaded file is not corrupted? To check
this follow the MD5SUM instructions found under the "Instructions for
using md5sums" link on this page:
http://download.openoffice.org/2.0.3/md5sums.html
which lists the checksums for all the current file versions of OOo
downloads. I suspect your file is: OOo_2.0.3_Win32Intel_install.exe
and the checksum is: 4ca876df0c73e37ccb6b83da79dc7813
If the checksum is different, your download is corrupt and you have no
choice but to either download again, or ask someone with a broadband/dsl
connection to download and burn it to CD for you, or order a CD copy
from a local distributor http://distribution.openoffice.org/cdrom/
