Howdy,
for some reasons your installation of your old OOo 2.0 seems to be
broken. If you go to the Control Panel -> Software and try to uninstall
it manually should get the same error message. Please try the this tool:
http://support.microsoft.com/default.aspx?scid=kb;en-us;290301
This cleans up your registry so you can delete the old OOo 2.0 and
install OOo 2.0.3.
