I've sent several emails to you over the past week regarding our problem.
When I attempt to download 1.1, the system won't allow it. We have several
projects that require this and are on a time frame of only a couple of weeks
to get the information. We've downloaded 2.0 but this will not fix the
problem. Here is what is on the screen:OpenOffice.org cannot be started due
to an
error in accessing the OpenOffice.org configuration data. Please contact
your system administrator. The following internal error has occurred: Get
