AltGr+S does not work with every keyboard. For example, I have a Swedish
keyboard and I can do the following characters with the AltGr key:
[EMAIL PROTECTED]|
As you can see, ß is not one of them, and some keyboards don't need the
Alt-Gr key at all to type things like {[]}\, there is a big difference
between different language settings and keyboard languages.
As far as I know, Alt+0xxxxx will work on any keyboard, but I am not sure
about that...

- You can also store special characters as "autotext".
- It should also be possible to use the "replace"-function
in /tools/autocorrect
- You could record a macro which inserts the special character and asign
the
macro to a key-combination
