[users] No insert privileges Calc to Base

When I try to drag a small sheet from Calc to database in Base, to which 
I have all rights, Open Office says: "No insert privileges. Do you want 
to continue?" When I answer yes only the table design and the column 
names are copied, not the data itself. When I answer the action stops, 
of course.
In case of designing my own tables (in the same database) and adding 
data manually, no problem rises. I don't understand it, but I can't 
nothing find on the Internet to solve my problem.
I use Open Office 2.0.2 Dutch version on a Linux (Ubuntu Dapper)system.
