I draw a square, rectangle or a circle (really doesn't matter in this case.
Then I hit F4 and edit the base point setting. It is set to upper left
corner so I change it to the center in the middle, if you understand what
I mean...
Standard setting:

· · ·
· · ·
New setting:
· · ·
· • ·
· · ·
Pressing Enter and hoping that things change.
Pressing F4 again to verify that things are OK, but they aren't.
My new setting has immediately been replaced by the standard setting.
How can I make Draw to remember what I told it to do just one second ago..?
I think I experienced this problem before but I think I found a solution,
however I have almost as short memory as Draw, so I can't remember the
solution... ;)
Just in case those Alt+0xxx characters disappear on the way to the list I
include this alternative illustration of the base point settings:
