There is a Migration Guide available for download at
http://documentation.openoffice.org/manuals/oooauthors2/index.html. It
will have the information you should know about learning to use
OpenOffice.org (OOo) after having used MS Office for a while.
There are other Guides available on that page that could be very
useful also.
