Harold, If you're NOT using version 2.0.3 then you can set the directory in which OO.o finds the templates by clicking your way throug Tools/Options/Paths and then add the directory where you have your templates under templates.
If you are using version 2.0.3 then you need to decide whether you want to use this template only for yourself or for all users.
