Incorrect.

Right-click the quickstarter, select "open document", and select "my 
network places".  Or if it's a mapped network drive, find it in 'my 
computer' as well.  But I admit, you first have to set the program to 
use windows dialogue boxes (that's under tools|options|general, and not 
obvious!)  Probably better for windows users to be consistent anyway.
