[users] email problem

Dear Sirs
Can someone help please. I am a new user of open office.
When I click on an email link, its starts to open up Multiple boxes saying "no 
page to display" and it contastanly continues to open up box after box. The 
only way I can stop it is ctrl, alt, delete. Have you heard of this problem 
before and how can it be fixed?
