This may be the wrong place to post this but not knowing a better place I'm
going ahead and posting here.

I guess you could say that I've gotten a "bee in my bonnet" regarding
documentation recently. The emperor's clothes are tattered! I am not meaning to
attack anyone but rather to aid in improving the documentation.

In Calc I was looking at Help for SUBSTITUTE FUNCTION and found a conflict. The
description of the command's last parameter says

Occurrence (optional) indicates how many occurrences of the search text are
to
    be replaced. ...

OTOH, the example says

    SUBSTITUTE("123123123"; "3"; "abc"; 2) returns 12312abc123.

In actual usage I find that the example is correct and the description is
wrong. The description should say

Occurrence (optional) indicates which occurrence of the search text is to
be
    replaced. ...

I hope this helps improve the OOo product.
